A redevelopment project aimed to deliver neighborhood density and quality construction, these side-by-side homes offer flexible living & work space within a smaller urban footprint. To this end, each includes a rentable DADU. The similar, but carefully tweaked designs result in two homes with similar functional space, but perceptively different character and spirit.
